As a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and trained EMDR practitioner, I use these innovative techniques to engage your autonomic nervous system directly. Research shows they are more effective than CBT and talk therapy alone - improving well-being, sleep, and the resolution of trauma relatively quickly.
